Called a revolutionary new life-transformation system, it will let you feel better than in years. This is what Drew claims when you start his transformation program.

His secret of losing weight and increasing health and energy lies in the fact that he will advise you on how to consume the smoothies in a particular sequence and frequency to maximize your results. Looking into his program with my knowledge about the power of consuming healthy organic smoothies, I will confirm what he claims. Consuming healthy vegetable and fruit smoothies, even combined with seeds and healthy oils, will improve your health in such an impact that you will certainly experience the effect within three weeks. You have to replace solid meals with smoothies from the recipe and then watch the pounds melting. A bold statement that I can and will underline. If your body is not getting the rubbish you normally eat, especially carbohydrates like pasta, bread, pizza, cake, biscuits, etc., but instead a nutrient-rich smoothie, you will certainly shed pounds. Your body is now receiving the nutrients it needs urgently to rebuild cells, tissues, detox, and function properly. After three days of detoxing your cells, the body will rebuild the cells, creating much energy and wellbeing.

  1. Hi Sylvia, twice a week I have a green smoothie for breakfast. Mainly to vary, because I believe variation is an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle.

    I don’t believe in quick weight loss. In my eyes, it’s unhealthy and not sustainable, in the sense that oftentimes what comes off quickly, comes by rapidly and more.

    But I have ‘easy talking’ (not proper English, I know 😃). I had and have the patience to work on my weight in a slow way. Between 2017 and 2019 I lost 26 kilos, about half a kilo each month with an occasional platform of a couple of months.

    Nowadays I might gain a kilo and lose it again. Because I didn’t follow a diet but called it a change of lifestyle, I am able to sustain it.

    So I guess this smoothie diet can work, but only if it doesn’t stop after those 21 days. Don’t you think?

    1. Hi Hannie, you are very right; it has all to do with lifestyle change. Not eating carbohydrates like pasta and bread, pizza and cake, will shed pounds. Green juices are delicious to give the body what it needs, especially because many don’t chew very well. Freshly pressed or blended juice is like very well chewed food that the body can use directly to repair and build up the cells, including detoxing the cells. I would always recommend juicing to everyone. But we need to do this habit a life long. 🙂
